These super moist chocolate brownies are not only made completely without processed sugar (yay!), but are high in protein as well (double yay!). And the best thing about them is you can enjoy them without a guilty conscience 😉 But be careful: After one bite, you might just get hooked!

Ingredients for 1 small (brownie) baking pan:
1 ½ cans of kidney beans
3 eggs
45 g raw cacao powder
120 g maple syrup
75 g walnuts
150 g chocolate (at least 60 % cacao content)
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. almond milk
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
