About this video: If you want to join a Minecraft server like Hypixel, Mineplex, Hive, Skycade, or BreakdownCraft, this video will show you how to do it. We go over everything from how to join Hypixel to how to play on Mineplex on Minecraft Pocket Edition. It is all covered in-depth in this video. So, let's go ahead and jump on into it!
First and foremost, we need to find the IP to the server we want to join. For example, if you want to learn how to join Hypixel, you can go to their website and get the Hypixel IP which is mc.hypixel.net. I would recommend though joining the best Minecraft survival server in the multiverse - Play.BreakdownCraft.com.
After you have found the IP of the Minecraft Java server you want, it's time to join a Minecraft Java server. This is very easy. From the Minecraft main menu, click 'Multiplayer'. Then, click the 'Add Server' button on the bottom of the screen. Enter a name for the server, and the in 'Server Address' enter the server's IP. Click add server, and then, double-click on the #MinecraftServer. After that, you will be launched into to the server.
Joining a Minecraft Pocket Edition server is a bit different though. If you want to know how to join a MCPE server, you will also need to find one. You can view a list of the top Minecraft Bedrock Edition servers above. From there, click on 'Play' and then the 'Servers' tab in the top right. Then, click 'add server'. Now, you will want to enter the server's IP and port, and click 'add server'. Then, you're done!
Click on the server, and you will drop right into whatever Minecraft Pocket Editon or Minecraft Bedrock Edition server that you decided to play.
